At long last Round Three of The Broken World Awards is up! The nomination period will last throughout November, (depending on how fast nominations come in and how fast they dwindle to a halt) and then voting will begin.

Oh and guess what? This time you can nominate your favourite Dark Angel fan sites as well as fan fiction and fan art.
